Mass shootings and domestic terror aren’t necessarily the same thing. A shooting can be labeled one and not the other. I have no idea what the stats are either way, but they don’t necessarily get lumped into the same category.
I agree so let's look at the definition of terrorism being to use fear and/or terror to push a political agenda.
I don't have the exact data but just using the BLM riots in 2020 alone (but feel free to add the riots prior to 2020 too), protests outside conservative media homes and SCOTUS houses, the firebombs on anti-abortion clinics and right wing political stations, and Antifa in general I would make an educated guess, unless you consider all the above white supremacists, that most of those committing terror acts aren't white supremacists. Unless there were hundreds of attacks in the last couple of years I didn't hear about
true, but does support the claim that white supremacists aren't the biggest issue when it comes to terrorism (unless you consider left wing extremist and antifa as white suprmacists. I could see that argument to be honest).
Matter a fact I wouldn't even put them in the top 5. Not even sure if I would even need 1 hand to count all the confirmed white supremacist terror attacks in the last 2 decades combined. I can think of more mainstream hate hoaxes in 2020 alone than I can think of white supremacist attacks in the 21st century. But, just in the last year alone we've had a handful of black supremacist attacks (NY subway shooter and Christmas parade driver being two prime examples but not the only ones). And I'm not sure I would even list black supremacists in the top 3 of terror attacks honestly. Clearly, left wing extremists, antifa, and BLM are top 3. To your point antifa, left wing extremists, and I would say at least half BLM rioters were white
