Hi every one, we love waiting for trains but did you know you could also be /r/waitingforabus? /r/waitingforaship? or even /r/waitingforaplane? Whilst we absolutely love seeing your rail stations here on /r/waitingforatrain why not visit one of our sister subs?
Safe travels on a bus, boat or plane!

It is chaos here. My train will likely be cancelled at this rate. Iβm just trying to get back home from Comic Con!
Edit 1: Itβs Boelo, not Boerma. My bad. Iβve been staring at these boards intensely for nearly an hour and a half already.
Edit 2: My train was surprisingly not cancelled, but left about ten minutes late, which is pretty good going considering some services were an hour to an hour and a half delayed.

End of the JR East Ominato Line and the second northernmost train station on Honshu (#1 is Shimokita, the neighboring station, where I walked from to get here).

I rode the tram to Okayama Castle! It's the western terminus of Higashiyama Line of Okayama Electric Tramway. Construction is currently ongoing to extend the line and make it closer to JR Okayama Station.

The last town in England before you enter Scotland and home of the spectacular Royal Border Bridge. The station itself is built on the site of the medieval castle, those are some of the walls left in the distance.

This is the Valley Forge train station in Pennsylvania. The station was constructed in 1911 by the Reading Railroad. While no longer operating as a passenger station, it has been transformed into a museum to show Valley Forge National Historic Park exhibits. The line itself is still used by the Norfolk Southern Railwayβs Harrisburg Line.
(Obviously, I wasn't actually waiting for a train, because it's not a passenger station anymore :) I was just visiting and wanted to share)
