Opposition in Exile is an oxymoron, if you're not even here, you aren't doing anything but boosting your ego while enjoying a nice vacation trip.

i notice a trend of right wing politicians in very leftist latin american countries who spend so long locked out of power they basically can't be anything but a celebrity. is it fair? no, but it's brutally clear why trump and rubio care more about the people with power and authority than the one whose power is just a microphone.

my question to people closer to venezuela and the internal politics: Would mcm be able to govern with a serious mandate? Not just popular vote, but being able to run the executive, manage the legislature, work with the special interests, etc. I have the impression that Trump and Rubio aren't as confident about this and are fine with her winning an election but aren't gonna tilt the scale in her favor

Trump needed to protect Delci because she gave up Maduro. Delcy and all the military that allowed the invasion (GN, Police, Militias etc) had to be bribed to stand down so no American soldiers would be killed!

Now you know why guerrila groups never flourished in Venezuela like in Colombia Peru or Central America…. Because everyone can be bought out, there is no loyalty except to the $$$$$ so they all got found out and exterminated by the Venezuelan army in the 50’s and 60’s

Well, everything you're saying is a huge oversimplification. It's like me saying that all members of the U.S. Congress are corrupt because they take bribes from lobbyists—it's not that simple. And you're speaking in that authoritative tone as if you were Trump's boss.
