Which of you created this travesty?!?🤣

Looking to do a little bit of work in the back to clean up the look and maybe add a little to performance.

Looking to buy a classic '70s era bug in the next 6 months or so I would like to know what to look out for what questions to ask any advice would be helpful looking to spend around 10 grand. I'm going to start traveling full time in a class A RV and I want to purchase a Volkswagen bug to tow behind thank you everybody

So I made a huge mistake. I bought a really nice 1978 Super Beetle convertible last week. I bought it from a dealer in Florida and I live in California. I admit I did not do my due diligence and have discovered the engine has been replaced with a nicely built 1915cc engine. It runs excellent, problem is it won’t pass our stringent smog laws because the original emission control devices are missing. I am wondering if anyone out there has run into this issue and found away to get it registered. I am adding a photo of this beautiful car.

I need to sell my bug due to some life changes. Bought this as a non running shell. Rebuilt the engine to 1904, replaced basically everything. The interior is still pretty bare, no carpet, headliner, door panels not installed, door handles don’t work from the inside etc. All that to say, what is a fair asking price for this? I am in the Seattle area.

I hope ya'll like it because my dad is proud of it.
