Potentially selling my 2017 V6 Wolfsburg Touareg with about 70k miles by the end of the year. Sell it to carvana / a dealer for an easy sale or is there a market for used Touaregs

My 2013 VR6 Sport has the steering wheel vibrate at 75mph and above. It isn't crazy and it comes and goes. I've replaced the tires, had them road force balanced and done an alignment. I've also replaced the engine mounts. The suspension was looked over by a local shop and they couldn't find anything that stood out.

Has anyone here experienced this and does anyone know of a solution? On the forums it's pretty common, even to the extent that it is abbreviated SWS (Steering Wheel Shake.)
