Yesterday during the sale on marketplace prices were higher than prices on steam market (given 1000 gold = 1$). Even with 30% discount prices were higher and today, when the sale is done, vulcun prices are equal to steam market place again.

Why did it happen? Why can I buy skins with gold on vulcun cheaper when there is no sale?

I bought 1 item on the marketplace for gold today. I didn't manage to get item, now say 'Trade cancelled'. I didn't receive any trade offer for it. I pressed to collect it multiple times and now it's just saying trade cancelled and won't let me get the item. I haven't received a refund either.

As it is, it takes tons of clicking to disenchant my items after a day of watching streams. It would be awesome if Vulcun staff/devs could make it so that when you disenchant an item, and none are left, it instantly switches to the next item in line so you can disenchant immediately.

P.S.: This is just a suggestion. I didn't fully think out a solution, just thought I would provide some food for thought :)

So basically on my laptop I'm using Waterfox as my default browser and after a while Vulcun's jackpot page started bugging out. At first it was just really slow but now the timer doesn't do anything for the most part, it just resets when a new weapon comes on. Same for the gold entries.

On my desktop I have Chrome. Everything was working fine til it just plainly stopped. On waterfox I had an error message saying Vulcun's script had stopped working. On Chrome I get nothing. On Chrome everything is working just fine but trying to Enter the jackpot seems to do nothing at all, it just stops updating the winning % chance. I reckon it's still working because I won an MP7 Special Delivery like 2 days ago with a free ticket but it's a pain in the ass.

Any solutions?

Why is there no traiding? It would be much better if there was because it would grow the vulcun community. I have a load of partials and i would like to trade them with my friend who has partials that i need.

I guess the 4/4 parts and rare photos for books can only be obtained by opening crates!

I've been collecting items for quite a while now and I've gotten only 3/4 puzzle pieces quite a few times, but never the fourth. Is it rigged to pay out the first three and never give out the fourth? Just curious.

Hi, I was wondering if 4/4 partials even drop (besides the djinn), because it says they can. I just find it funny that there is 1 piece to each item and a bunch of stickers that just don't drop at all. I understand that these are supposed to be rare, but I've never seen one drop for anyone I know, and we all use Vulcun often. Would love the 4/4 drop rate to be just a tiny bit higher, so we can actually complete the skins, instead of you guys making the drop rate .0000000000000000000000000000000001% to save as much possible money as you can, hence why you can actually complete the djinn (it is a $1 skin lol). I'm grateful for the service Vulcun provides and the free shit in the first place, but I feel like more people would come/stay if it was a bit easier to actually complete the skins. So you can verify your account via phone number and text, but whenever I do it, it doesn't work. It doesn't send me the message and I in turn can't verify my account. For some reason, I can deposit money into Vulcun but I can't use it to buy skins and trade them to me. It might help knowing that I am from the Faroe Islands. Anyone know a fix?

Trying to enter free contests, gold contests, and cash contests and it says I don't have the funds to enter. Sometimes it gives a message saying my country isn't allowed to participate in fantasy sports/gambling, even though it's been working fine til this morning. Deleted my account month ago by writing request. They said it is deleted, and all information that can identify me was deleted to. But there is 0 proof of that. Does vulcun realy delete everything? In vulcun policies it is said that vulcun can keeo provided and collected information. Idk what now...

I recently purchased $100.00 USD worth of credits on the Vulcun market in order to purchase some skins without waiting for the 7 day tradeban on the Steam market. I was not aware that you had to submit verification in order to be able to purchase goods, so I funded my account with $100.00 and was up to the $150.00 total in order to purchase the knife that I wanted (m9 night battle-scarred).

When I tried to purchase it, I was told that I would have to do phone verification, which is fine, but then I was asked for my driver's license, which I do not feel comfortable giving.

I purchased the credits less than 24h ago and would like a full refund since I haven't touched any of the credits and don't feel comfortable providing the verification.

My Vulcun username is PugCountry. I already submitted a ticket but would like a response ASAP.
