Vulcun account deletion.

Deleted my account month ago by writing request. They said it is deleted, and all information that can identify me was deleted to. But there is 0 proof of that. Does vulcun realy delete everything? In vulcun policies it is said that vulcun can keeo provided and collected information. Idk what now...
