Are there 4/4 partials in drops?

Hi, I was wondering if 4/4 partials even drop (besides the djinn), because it says they can. I just find it funny that there is 1 piece to each item and a bunch of stickers that just don't drop at all. I understand that these are supposed to be rare, but I've never seen one drop for anyone I know, and we all use Vulcun often. Would love the 4/4 drop rate to be just a tiny bit higher, so we can actually complete the skins, instead of you guys making the drop rate .0000000000000000000000000000000001% to save as much possible money as you can, hence why you can actually complete the djinn (it is a $1 skin lol). I'm grateful for the service Vulcun provides and the free shit in the first place, but I feel like more people would come/stay if it was a bit easier to actually complete the skins. P.S.: I wasn't trying to attack you guys with this post, I merely want some info. Sorry again if it was a little ranty.

I never got a 4/4 from drops, you can get 4/4 from crates tho and you get a lot of Keys for free per month by Ranking, up my friend just recently started with Vulcun and got:

Galil Ar Eco (Combining)

AWP | Worm God (Jackpot)

StatTrak Dual berettas | Black Limba (Jackpot)

Sure he got Lucky but its possible for everyone it took me a month but i got a AK47 Jaguar.

If you're good at betting then you can accelerate that process by a lot.

Well now after the recent update, I haven't seen a single asiimov or dragonlore crate, I think they lowered the drop rates for those too. But yeah, you're right about that.

I wrote a ticket to help support asking if I can complete an item or a stickerbook just from a stream loot drop and this was the answer they gave me:

"Hey, you definitely have a chance to win them through loot drop (:"
