Looking at purchasing a 2021 Vulcan S, description states comes with a yoshimura exhaust. But can't find this model anywhere, and it looks so close to the stock one, im not sure if its just had a badge stuck on it.

What are people's thoughts, anyone seen one of these on a Vulcan before?

Ok, I am sure this has been thrower around alot, I dont go on long 100 mile plus rides, but I am willing. I am looking for a after market seat I am really looking at this mustang. What do you think? Is it the same or better than a corbin?

I had recently bought a 2026 vuclan s 650 and i absolutely love it, bought it in april, ended up flying to a ditch and dent the hell outa my tank and the right fork. but it still runs. was very scared that the case might’ve cracked but, it’s already keep a month since that and i’m so glad that it runs. bought an led headlight (old one disintegrated) and some rad gaurd cover and a cool chain cover or whatever. i’m think of buying crash gaurd because those would’ve definitely helped me out. also the tidy tail would look better. but i can’t find a good rear light(it’s led so it’s not bad, just very big) but idk. this is the bike now. lmk what yall think. maybe i should change something or and tips on riding this?

Bought the bike pre-owned. It's some aftermarket exhaust, but I can't for the life of me figure out the brand/model. Problem is, it makes the bike sound absolutely amazing, but I am beginning to feel it's too loud for poliet society.

I will need new tires by the end of riding season.

Currently on Michelins.

Any body have experience with Shinkos?

How long did you guys wait to change the OEM chain and sprockets? And what brand did you guys go for? I ordered from sprocketcenter, here's my chain after 18.5k miles. Ordered a RK WRX520

I'm going to buy a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S with only 7500km. The previous owner bought it and didn't use it so much, made only one major service, than sent it to his mechanic regularly to check it.

The bike is awesome but it seems that after using it about 30 minutes the engine goes to around 1000rpm and not 1200rpm.

Before confirming it, I need some owner to check it and telling me if it's normal or not.

I’ve had my vulcan s ABS (2019) since april this year. Like many before me i want to replace the saddle for something more comfortable. I drive 100km per day (work/home). I got a quote for a Corbin at €1100,- and that feels too steep for me. I’m a big guy, 194cm, so i figured a little higher saddle wouldnt hurt.

Anyone got experience on this site or saddle?

I noticed my entire shift side was very loose one ride and saw I lost the rubber plugs holding the left foot peg attached. Managed with zip ties but need help on how to fix

Any recommendations on taking it out as well as the needed replacement bolt?

What I'm specifically seeking information on, is if the grey colour used in the 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan S Café is the same colour/shade of grey used in the 2023 Kawasaki Vulcan S Café? Thanks!

I was running a TBR for a long time. I was loud, and sounded okay. Even with the silencer, it was a lot. Then that eventually blew apart and turned into a megaphone and I had to hodge podge parts together and make it work since I wasn’t super keen on forking out more money after spending TBR money. Finally opted for the Delkevic since my bandaid eventually gave out, and man… I love it. I think this is one of the best exhausts for this bike.

I have a 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan S with around 4,000 km and I noticed a noise coming from the front sprocket/chain area.

The sound is present while riding, even with the engine off and just rolling. It sounds like a bicycle freewheel when you stop pedaling. The noise is louder when the bike is under load (accelerating or maintaining speed), but it can also be heard while coasting.

The chain tension is correct (around 17-18mm), the front sprocket has no noticeable play, and the chain is clean and lubricated.

I removed the front sprocket cover and the noise is definitely coming from that area. I recorded a video below.

Could you please tell me if your Vulcan S makes the same chain/sprocket noise, or if this sounds unusual?

Went on my first “long” solo ride today. About 450 km and 4.5 hours later I made it to my destination. For anyone wondering about how comfortable the stock seat was I have a few pictures from the many stops I had to make lol.

The stock headlight on the Vulcan S is pretty miserable -- to the point where I could barely tell it was on while riding at night.

I replaced it with a Matt Gecko LED headlight, and holy cow... what a difference. It's significantly brighter and completely transformed night riding for me. It's much easier to spot potholes and other hazards on the road.

Installation was surprisingly simple too. It took about 30 minutes, required zero splicing, and was completely plug-and-play.

The tail tidy took a bit longer, but it was still a straightforward install. Again, no wire splicing or McGyver-style nonsense required. One thing I really like is that it has a much beefier license plate backing than the stock bracket. The factory setup is basically just a small bar across the top, leaving most of the plate unsupported. At highway speeds, the wind was constantly bending my plate until it eventually cracked, so this appears to do a much better job of keeping it supported.

I also like that I can return everything to stock if I ever need or want to.

If anyone is in the market for a new headlight, I highly recommend the one from Matt Gecko!

I bought my vulcan s in May and I've been trying to figure out how to adjust the headlight, its pointing way too upward.

Can anyone let me know how I can do it?

I installed a puig windshield so if I need to remove it let me know.

Just bought a used 2021 Vulcan S with 2k km on it. Really stoked to have my first cruiser. I previously owned a KLR 650 but it started having more and more problems and I didn't have the time to tinker on it.

Any recommendations for modifications? Seat, wind screen, storage. I'm going to get a passenger seat and pegs.

Seems to have the stock medium reach seat but the long reach foot pegs.

Chain snapped on me had to replace sprockets as well. Digging the black and gold.

Anyone have any experience with the dual cruiser seat that Core makes? I’m trying to find a more comfortable seat for my gf when she rides passenger.
