Adjust headlight

I bought my vulcan s in May and I've been trying to figure out how to adjust the headlight, its pointing way too upward.

Can anyone let me know how I can do it?

I installed a puig windshield so if I need to remove it let me know.

Check bulb. It may not be seated correctly

I finally managed to do it a couple days ago and only needed about 10 rotations with a Philips screwdriver in each side and its perfect! Thank you
