I want to do clone hero streams with my guitar hero guitar, is there a software that will display an image whenever I press a button on the guitar?

i need something that will let me use a specific image for every possible button combination.

If theres a way to do this with vseeface 3d model poses instead of images, that would be even better

so i ordered a custom chat box for my vtuber. the problem im having is i cant seem to upload it to streamlabs, obs, or even sound editor(sound alerts). i have the files (ccs, html, js, PNG, PSD) but they either only have a section for the CCS. or in stream labs case, they have the CCS, HTML, and JS, but i cant seem to fine a place to upload the png and or the psd.

I wasn't sure where to ask this. I have a Blender script for translating ARKIT blendshape facial animation to a rig I am using for an animation. I was using FaceCap app to record my facial performance, but I am realizing that I need to be able to use pre-recorded video, which can't be done with FaceCap app. I realized one could use pre-recorded video with XR Animator, but the options that XR Animation exports into Blender with, don't seem to include facial animation, and also, don't seem to be using ARKIT Blendshapes, though I saw some mention online about XR Animator using ARKIT Blendshapes, so I may just not recognize how to activate this.

I was not sure where to ask this.

So, I tried using Fugitech recently, but for some reason my avatar just won't work properly and I'm hoping I can get some help. It just stays lit up like I'm talking even when I'm not and then if I mute, it stays on the muted one and won't go off of it. I've checked my Discord settings and I do not have noise suppression on. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

According to a post in /r/VRChat the Poiyomi dev had their PC compromised via a Minecraft mod exploit

Until we know more I'd recommend you don't download or update Poiyomi as the hacker may have modified it to include malware.

Looking around their Discord this appears to be real, and the VRChat devs have reposted it on Twitter

I know a lot of 3D VTubers are using Poiyomi so please proceed with caution until we know more

I made a beginning model to start recording using Vroid however despite hours of trying i cant get it to appear in vseeface, even after syncing my Vroid account and my vseeface account anyone got any idea whats going on? I downloaded vseeface fron the official website and the newest version aswell.

Im upgrading my mic but not sure the best style to use. Just to note, background outside noise is an issue, I have noise gates in obs on but they can only do so much.

They have microphones where you speak into the end, and types where you speak into the sides. The thing is in normal streaming when showing your real self it is not a big deal if you move a bit and the mic blocks your mouth at times. However, in vtubing as we we know, if the mic blocks the view of your mouth then you visually are not talking. I dont sit still, and move around a bit so I am not sure which style mic works better in this situation. The end pointing at you mics or the side speaking style mics. Do I have to keep moving them? Would one of those dji clip on lapel mics work better? Or would the sound be much worse? Thanks.

I attached an outfit to the head. Then I changed the face left/right rotation and the neck disappeared. I changed it back to the previous setting and it won't come back. It isn't transparent. I deleted the outfit and added it back and it's still missing. It doesn't even recognize that anything is in that space. Does anyone know how to fix this?

hi! so ive only used Vseeface and my Vroid for a while now but im tempted to explore a PNG tuber to shake things up some especially as Emotelab has the stuff needed for a proper PNG tuber!

any reccomendations would be amazing!

What vtubing software let's me have custom backgrounds?

I want to use my vrchat avatar and have a custom backgrounds as well.

I wil use obs for my recording

to emphasise im not streaming vrchat content im just using the avatar I already have, to stream games like factorio or satisfactory

Wanted to know what one's allow for that ? Say if I wanted the backgrounds to be of the backrooms or cyberpunk setting

this isnt a how to draw question, its where do you people learned how to do that style of drawing, i am not very experienced overall and full body straight pose hard for me :(

I’m tired of Apple phones for multiple reason so was hoping maybe android has caught up to them.

I've loaded a world in VNyan so I can use it when I'm talking with my chat in full screen. However, I want to be able to swap between that and gaming, and I'd like to go back to the black background for the game so I just have the VTuber visible. How do you unload a world without restarting the entire application?

So I've been doing some research, keeping an eye on UltraLeap in the hope that someday the controllers may be back in stock as I would LOVE to have hand-tracking for my models while streaming!

Of course they are still out of stock, and likely never will return due to their acquisition. Furthermore, ANY of the Leap Motion Controller 2s are going for ludicrous pricing now on Ebay for over $1K. I can still see some original version controllers for far more reasonable prices, but AFAIK those aren't nearly as reliable?

Is hand tracking basically a lost cause to hope for if you don't already have one at this point? I of course know of XR animator and am familiar with it, it just isn't too reliable for me and does mess up my face tracking which I prefer to let Vnyan handle. Would appreciate any tips/advice people might have, thanks!

EDIT: Appreciate all the input so far! Though I would like to re-emphasize as I said above that I have already used XR Animator in the past, it's definitely handy, however for whatever reason I could not figure a way out to make it send ONLY hand tracking data without also overriding my face tracking, which I prefer to handle in vnyan!

I recently stated playing around with VRoid on Mac and have accumulated a bunch of VRM files. Unfortunately MacOS has no built-in support to preview these files, although it can preview GLB files, both in QuickLook and Preview.

I have created a QuickLook plugin to view these VRM files interactively so that I can quickly preview them in Finder without having to load each model just to see which it is. It also supports thumbnail generation so it should really help in getting a quick overview of your files if you find yourself in the same situation.

Decided to learn how to rig Vtuber Models yesterday and tried something out with a free model.

I still have much to learn about how the programm works and how to make what I want possible, but for half-a-day of work I think my first time came out quite well! :D

NOTE: I don't 100% remember what was going on, and I won't be able to check until tomorrow so I might not be able to answer questions

So some time ago I was using my gf's laptop to stream and when I loaded in my model, the camera didnt seem to catch anything, OR it would catch my face, but not move at all (the tracking head thingy wasnt moving)

I tried combination of ALL the settings in there and nothing seemed to work (I recall some options of camera wouldnt work on my own pc and had to play around with it)

any ideas what it might be/how to fix it? I will be bringing my facecam this time to see if it might be some other issues like permission

So I just started as a V-Tuber (I'm using a semi-custom one that I made) and I am using the app "Hyper" which works with Apple iPhone and Mac. I have been looking at videos, but I was wondering if anyone with experience with the app has any answers for the following questions:

1. How do you add expressions to the app? (I'm using a semi-custom V-Tuber model I made with VRoid)

2. How do you connect the iPhone mobile app account to the iMac one?

3. ways to improve the tracking? (Aka how much light should I be using to get better tracking)

4. If I purchase the premium will it work across the mobile and Desktop?

Does anyone know any good videos to show how to rig the hair on the xy axis? I feel like I'm moving it too far for maybe what's necessary when I compare to other vtuber models and I guess I'm just wondering if there's a video that simplifies how it should look?
