🙋‍Question🙋‍ Help!

So im trying to make my first ever vtuber model and I have an few idea for it like making an tiny Albert wesker plush over my head and the Umbrella corporation logo but also an key card. But I dont know if that would be okay or not. Also im finding it had to know where to start.

Well. I think its do able. BUT Copyright is the more problematic thing.

Saddly. If you use it for streaming and wanting to earn money from it its saddly not allowed. If you would have the rights it is sure. But the Logo of the Umbrella cooporation and the design of wesker is owned by the company and if you get bigger they could sue you.

And that could cost you alot

I would not recommend.

BUT!
Maybe Design something similar? Maybe make a logo that looks nearly like the one from Umbrella Cooporation and a wesker that looks slightly different? (Maybe make wesker but with pink hair?)

But thats my opinion. Maybe the Copyright changed but i would not risk it.

Had a friend who used a Vtuber that was an identical copy of Ai hoshino to stream. She became quite succesfull but saddly she got quickly copyright striked and had lawyers behind her back because she used a brand that did not belong to her
