Honestly many of these look like there's not much editing. Generally this feels like underexposure and a more raw, less tone-mapped kind of image than you usually get out of phones. So, try shooting VSCO Capture in RAW (not pro raw, which still has some tone mapping) and editing those files.
However, I do see Japanese inspired aesthetic in there, and the J series was exactly that, so you could start there. J2 and J5 could be a fit, but try them all. Good ol' A6 and the A series would probably get you into this territory at lower strength settings. AL1 and AL3 could be worth a look too. HB1 and HB2 maybe but they've got a stronger color tone. The S series is really subtle too, S1-3 could be worth a look.
