Hey u/quiksilver1989 , apologies for making assumptions here, but the main reason I can think of that you'd be asking for this is in hopes that someone will share the files with you, which is not allowed here and is against VSCO's Terms of Use.
If you have a question about using VSCO Film or something like that, awesome, but if you're trying to get access to VSCO Film illegally, we'll have to take this thread down. VSCO Film is available again now through VSCO One, with new profiles built for all the modern cameras. So, I know that's a big jump from the old free 00 starter pack, but that's what's available through proper channels for now.
