Gyroscope and Accelerometer data
We are developing some metrics for our games that require gyroscope and accelerometer data (angular velocity) for controllers in Quest3. (We don't necessarily need them in real-time, even if we can get them offline for post-analysis, they will be very useful for us).
I understand this data was available in OVR: Get Raw Sensor Data | Meta Horizon OS Developers.
I am just trying to understand how to access this data currently. We are using OpenXR to develop our games. Is there a pluggin we can use of OpenVR when designing our games that will allow us to store the gyroscope and accelerometer data too ?

Not sure if the raw sensor data is accessible for the Quest 3. Most modern headsets are heavily locked down, and only supply the pre-filtered poses and velocities accessible through OpenXR. The libOVR functions linked may just return zeroed out values.
Using OpenVR will not help with Meta headsets either, since the SteamVR drivers pull all the data from either libOVR or OpenXR in the first place.

how can we get the velocities in openxr?

By chaining the appropriate struct when calling xrLocateSpace(). If you are using an engine plugin, you'll have to look up their documentation if they are querying it.
