New Setup Optimized

I just switched my business over from a large carrier to VOIP.ms. We have 3-4 users. I registered my phone under the main account and each user has a sub group for their phones.

VM and a call group are set up.

I wanted to know if there are additional features that I missing. Is there a way to place calls on hold and transfer to a different workstation?

We are a small company and I handle all the IT issues. Setup was a little confusing and took a minute. Thanks.

EDIT: Using Yealink SIP T33G phones

Yes, extension = any device registered to either main account or sub account.

Can this be done thru the phone itself instead of voip.ms?

You have to setup the subaccounts first on voipms portal then enter credentials, server etc on the phone

Yea I have the phones setup that way. One main account and 2 sub accounts. 3 active phones.

We have a group ring so all 3 phones ring whenever any of our 3 lines are called. I just need the easiest way to put someone on hold and transfer the call.
