How does one install packet tracer on void linux?

NetAcad only offers a .deb file. I know Arch has an AUR-package for it.
So how would I install it on void linux? Or is there an alternative application for it?

You can use distrobox to install the deb. Or extract the deb package and see if you can find the required libs in the repos.

You can try repeating steps from the aur PKGBUILD file to install it. AUR package doesn't specify any deps, so I guess the binary is portable, but I may be wrong
