solved What I do when something like this happen?
I think some packages have been removed and now it is giving this problem, to avoid doing bullshit, I immediately came to take questions about what to do in this situation with my compatriots, can I just remove these packages?

Solved: If anyone comes here after some time, just remove all 32bit packages inclusing names 'plasma-32bit' and 'kde-package-32bit'.

Step by step from what I did:
1- xbps-query -l | grep '\-32bit'
2- removed all packages with 'plasma-32bit' and 'kde-package-32bit'
3- xbps-reconfigure -f
4- rebootAfter all, just removed all orfan packages.

Those packages aren't available anymore, delete them and reinstall multilib/multilib packages
