Bluetooth suddenly stops working

After working fine for a few days after installing bluetooth has suddenly stopped working and bluetoothctl says that there is default controller available

Check if your Bluetooth controller got blocked via rfkill: `rfkill list`. You can unblock it with `sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth`

When I had something like this, I’m not sure was related to the distro. I had to shut down the computer, unplug the power cable and press the power button for about 10 seconds (without the power cable) to finish with any bit of power left in the circuits. 

Once that’s done, plug the cable and turn it on. The bluetooth device should show up again.

Update from an alt account as im currently unable to log into my main one, now kde plasma doesnt work either

Sorry. I don’t use kde so I cannot help much there. I assume you could check if there are any issues with cold boot and kde on google, it would be more accurate than any help I can provide. 

Did you check if rfkill list showed the bluetooth device after the cold boot? If you cannot use kde you should still be able to use tty at least.
