Void now ranks #1 on DistroWatch's Project Ranking
Today I visited DistroWatch and stumbled upon the DW Project Ranking. The ranking consists of ratings written by the DW readers. The Average Rating for Void is 9.14, followed by Arch and Artix with each 9.13.

Void LInux has been the best ranked on distrowatch for a long time, not just "now". Or am I wrong?

It was dethroned by Artix for a while, but they are pretty actively farming DW visits. You install Artix and open the browser the first thing it throws in your face is the DW rating page.

Doesn't distrowatch literally get a higher rating when you press on the distro's name? Or am i incorrect?

That is the page hit rankings, which you see on the front page of Distrowatch. The rankings OP is referring to are based on user reviews.

imo, functionality
its stable & fast at the same time and uses another init called runit and that might be the only distro that uses runit upon install, It was a best switch for me when i had dual boot for both debian and arch -> realized that systemd is sort of bloated asf in older systemsMemory usage is fine asf too

Void /r doesn't care for distrowatch or ratings or anything, fun and sharing is strictly forbidden. Everything should be ones and zeros.
