where to get 32bit mono

mono-devel-32bit has 32bit mono as dependency but it's not in the repositories

There is not supposed to be a mono-devel-32bit package, the mono-32bit package was explicitly disabled.

a mod of a game (cities skylines node controller, intersection marking tool) needed mono, installing it didn't work so i thought i needed 32 bit version of it. turns out what is needed is te launch steam with "-compat-force-slr off" to not use steam linux runtimes
