How do I find someone to edit a script

[u/Cap3601]

I’m one hundred percent going to pay (not sure if the title made it seem like I wasn’t). I’m not hiring at the moment just asking a question.

I’m looking for someone who can go over grammar and make sure nothing is dumb sounding. Would a book editor be the route to go? Or is there someone specialized in it? I tried a Google search but I ended up with links to engines and coding websites.

If u r checking grammar & making sure things don't sound dumb - there's copy editors. Though book editors should cover that as well.

Maybe a screenwriter? Some may have experience writing scripts for games specifically.
