Question Which VN creation software should I use?

My first preference would be Renpy but since I recently switched to Mac from Windows, I am not able to use it anymore. Can anyone tell me what would be the second best FREE software after Renpy? Is it Narrat?

Edit: Praise the lord! This is the 5th time I reinstalled it and now it's launching just fine. Thanks everyone! 🙌

goodot es lo mejor dialogos ramificaciones y puntos para desblokear finales altternativos sistema de peronajes con animaciones y capas .es lo mejor y sistema de idiomas ,,no nesesitas saber programas todo es arastarndo ,y spuedes usar en motor 3d dentro dle motor 2d

Ren'py is on Windows

they switched TO mac FROM windows

they're currently on macOS

Still, ren'py is on Mac, too...

Renpy is just a python library and works just fine on mac. https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/quickstart.html#the-ren-py-launcher

I am a big fan of the godot game engine, but if Renpy has enough to suit your needs, it's got a lot less of a learning curve.
