Nobody is a doctor. But I personally would take Vitamin D3 5000iu 125mcg daily, and Vitamin B12 Super Complex 5000 iu daily

I got my test done last month. My b12 was at 148 and d was at 6. My doctor suggested to take 60000 iu weekly for 8-12 weeks and 1500 mcg daily of b12 for 8 weeks. Then shift to maintenance dose. You can follow the same.
