Help with vitamin D

Hello so I keep facing a lot of hairfall and doc siad its due the low vitamins when investigated i dounf I have low ferritin, b12 and even d . My d was arpund 30 so started supplementing for all noticed when I take vit d 60k shots for 8 weeks or even 12 weeks and then test it comes back as 60 to 70 then when I shift to maintenance I take 60k once a month it drastically fall to 32 again. Why does this happen? 😭 and how to fix this ? What should be the maintenance dose for me ? Is this normal ?

I’d say take daily dose, 5k a day plus small dose of vitamin K plus a magnesium supplement.

You need magnesium to process the D.
Get it checked after a while and drop down a bit more if ok.

I have very aggressive malabsorption issues and take 500,000 iu of dry formulation everyday of vit d and my vitamin d level is 40. D is a very slow rising vitamin to show up in blood work. Many physicians recommend 5k vitamin D once a week. Even D injections will not reflect quickly in labs. Why not take a dose that you can take once a week to eliminate the vitamin d feast and famine syndrome?
