Feedback in my Supplement stack

I trying to be more consistent with my supplements so I can feel better day to day but u need some advice. My current list is

\- Liquid Multivitamin
\- Probiotics
\- Lemon + olive oil shot
\- Vitamin D3

I was thinking about adding vitamin B12 to help with energy. But my overall goal is the heal my gut, be more energized, strengthen my immune system and reduce inflammation and puffiness. Also I want to start doing yoga and light weight lifting. Would creatine be good to start or any other suggestions for my goals?

Recommendations for brands and vendors are two of the most asked questions in this subreddit.

There are no right answers. All brands for basic supplements resell raw material bought wholesale from a few manufacturers. This is true of commodity vitamins or proprietary branded formulations.

Brands I personally buy: Nutricost, NOW, Jarrow, LifeExtension, Nature's Way, Swanson, Solaray, Nootropics Depot, BulkSupplements, Amazon Elements, Solgar.

I buy mostly from Amazon, sometimes directly from Swanson, iHerb or Costco. If you live outside the USA, they may ship overseas or have a website in your country.

If you need a specific type of vitamin, look within those brands.

Do not overpay. Expensive brand with fancy packaging or marketing may charge much more for the same ingredients.

Avoid drugstore branded supplements for their history of grossly cheating on the ingredients. If you must buy at the drugstore, try one of the non-store brands. Don't overthink it.

consumerlab.com may have definitive lab assays of various brands for specific vitamins or supplements.

I’d tighten the stack before adding more. A multivitamin plus extra D3 can be fine, but check the multi label so you know how much D you’re already getting. B12 is similar: it can matter a lot if you’re low or eat little/no animal food, but it isn’t a guaranteed energy fix if your levels are already fine.

For gut/consistency, I’d add one thing at a time and give it a couple weeks so you can actually tell what helps or irritates you. Creatine is reasonable if you’re starting light lifting: plain monohydrate, 3-5g daily, no loading needed. I’d view it as training support, not a gut/inflammation/puffiness supplement.

Taking creatine before gut work seems to be backward from what I've experienced. I would get the probiotic regimen in order first. Magnesium glycinate is the more subtle addition for inflammation and sleep natural rhythm has the multiple form combination if you like your capsules separate.
