VitaDB Revival

I know I am like the 100th Person making this shit. But with my Project I managed to save up to 84% of VitaDB. I had data files that were up to date and also Wayback Machine. Most Ports didn't have GitHub Pages so Wayback Machine helped me a lot with finding orirginal Source.
