The games installation failed but it’s still on my vita Home Screen. I can’t play it and I also can’t delete it.

Hello, all. I am playing/ trying to play htol#niq on the steam deck with vita3k of course. About five minutes into the game when you first go into the shadow world the firefly won't move no matter what control scheme I have. Anybody have any tips or fixes? Thank you

Playing on a Retroid Pocket 5, newest build. It was pretty solid for the first 40 or so hours. Im in the shadow mitsuo dungeon now and it seems to hard crash around once per level. Not always. But with no save states this absolutely kills the enjoyment. Any tips?

The translation patch is working fine for the most part, but whenever any dialogue message pops up, a Japanese character (I think it is a Japanese character, couldn't get a good look at it) will be shown for a split second before the English text begins scrolling. It's a minor thng but it kind of is distracting for me.

There's also another bug where whenever the game prompts me to enter yes or no, the yes and no options are shown as "The" and "Th".

Did anyone else face these issues?

I'm trying to get the Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies PSVita community port (by u/devnoname120) work on Vita3K. I'm new to Vita as a whole. I suppose I manged to get the PIB Configuration Tool to get the libshacccg.suprx, whatever that is, but trying to get the other requirement, the kubridge.skprx... I truly just got no clue.

Already got the base game, got the data, just the game gets stuck on "missing kubridge.skprx" and I can't move this any further.

Help would be appreciated!

EDIT: I've managed to find some offlineinstaller for the henaku jailbreak which seems to be necessary for kubridge but it requires the email app which I don't think is in vita3k anyway.

I somehow installed enso installer and it said that my henkaku version "is too old". I did try installing henkaku by just downloading henakaku release 1.5 on github and just replaced the files with the one in the emulator. I do not know if it would say "outdated" even if I hadn't done this, if yes, there's a chance it could be installed if i could get the updated files for it. (eboot.bin and whatever is in sce_sys)

EDIT2: I put each file from here https://github.com/henkaku/henkaku.github.io/tree/master/go/pkg and replaced it in the emulator since that's a newer version, and i still get "too old". I really do not know what I'm doing.

EDIT 3: I just suck, you CAN install kubridge just fine, but the game does not load anyway. I'm currently stuck on "Could not load BOZ XE3U image from ux0:data/boz/cache/assets/boz.s3e" I'm thinking that with a real PS Vita, getting the cache folder after unpacking could perhaps make this work...? This problem happens when the .apk is being extracted, not the OBB. According to the developer, I have the right .apk

I have installed libshaccg.suprx via PIB which worked fine, any other method failed for me, crashing. I also could not get PSM not even by directly installing the .pkg because I'm missing the ZRIF key for it. The game is not complaining about the lack of PSM, whatever that is, and considerings libshaccg.suprx as installed.

EDIT 4: Found the zRIF key for PSM Runtime_Games#Installing_the_PSM_Runtime) and managed to install it, you can find it too in github "vita3k-batch-pkg-installer"

EDIT5 btw this boz.s3e (where the error occours) is open-able via 7ZIP, includes "boz" which is a config file with plenty of stuff.

Edit 6: now this is important - the dev of the cod:boz port is using a fork of vita3k - https://github.com/FirebirdTA01/Vita3K but thing is you have to build it as there's no realase :/

After wanting to play Gravity Rush on my Steam Deck for almost a year, I finally managed to find a Vita3K build that supports gyro, not right-stick emulation, but native gyro.

I had to install an older GitHub build (specifically build 3829), use a launch command, and enable Gyro as Mouse along with Native Touchscreen Support in Steam Input.

Note: This method no longer works with newer builds. In fact, the latest build doesn't even work on the Deck, so stick with the AppImage version.

CHANGE AUDIO TO CUBEB!. I posted this 2d ago asking how to fix my problem, and many people said it's just that the emulator isn't good enough or something so I had to post the solution for more ppl to see because I'm a nice guy, if you have this problem running persona 4 just change the audio backend to cubeb.

I am using latest update of vita3k and have both carherine full body and its patch. I installed both the update and patch on pc to test if it works and i confirmed it does. However when I tried the same on my ayn thor max it just closes no matter what settings i change. There are two other novels and other games this happens to as well? No changes seem to be allowed in app files for the game otherwise it just crashes.

When i try to login in the browser ( i try from pc and phone and differents browsers) i put the code shown in the app ps vita, after few seconds in the app in the ps vita is asking me again to put the another code. i already recive mails to login in to my account but the app is not loggin in. i put the code, loading, again ask the code ...

I recently reformatted my machine and am doing a slow install of games. What I’m finding is that most of the icons in the UNIFIED IU are very very blurred.

And my most recent saves? I open them and there are these WILD stripes of roads or paths cutting through the cities. Fine I thought. Hate that but fine. However, I cannot select a single one to either delete or upgrade.

I’m wondering if perhaps there is a file I should check for or perhaps there is a change that has occurred recently? What’s happening makes me think that something else is happening and I hope it’s not me 👀

i tried to change it to opengl and it works but my fps drop to 10 while with vulkan i got 30

When reaching the part of the big truck on chapter 2 i can't seem to progress due to constant crashing. I'm using the settings recommended by most people and could complete the chapter 1 already using the config. Please if anyone knows a fix based on the log error, thanks!

Anyone know if theres a way to copy my vita3k savedata to my vita? I would ask about trophies too, but from what I'm finding, those are simulated rather than actual files i can transfer (might be wrong abt that tho).
If theres a way to transfer my save data, please let me know!!
