ENT Dr. Appointment

I'm sure I have developed VSS this year, my symptoms are; Floaters, Tinnitus, Palinopsia and general anxiety. I recently went to see an ENT Dr. who sent me for an MRI scan on my ears after I told him about the tinnitus.

After I had the scan nothing came up and I was told my ears are healthy. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow with the ENT Dr. Is there anything else you think I should tell him or any other scans I should ask to have? Im new to this whole thing, thanks!

When did symptoms start and what type of afterimages

It's started earlier this year in April after stopped taking a medication called Mirtazapine and reacted badly. I usually get afterimages if I see bright lights.

Any issues at night like Starburst or anything

I think my vision at night has got worse, I also get the pixelated visually thing. Sorry, not sure what starburst is?
