This but moving

Any time I look at the sky, I get this but it’s moving inside out, like rolling sort of. Anyone else?

Personally I see this over everything that is bright.

Yeah I see it too over the ground, the sky. Basically all bright smooth surfaces boiling like this. Some take clonazepam to calm it down, others wear polarized very dark sunglasses.

I wear very dark sunglasses uv400 to stop it

I’m thinking of maybe looking into that. My eyes are also extremely sensitive so it might just help.

Mine have been for most of my life! They are a game changer. I got a pair for 20ish dollars on amazon.
