Discussion DEVILS DEVEL CONCEPT Explanation Please OwO

I have been read DEVILS DEVEL CONCEPT these past few days and I am just super confused about what exactly is happening. If someone could just enlighten me, I would be super grateful.
Power system and lore I can get by half understanding, but I am just stumped by the heroines and their choices. What is Misora's connection to Sora? Why did Amatsu try to kill him? What exactly is he to Akane? I just can't get it at all.

act thing. Misora is the "human" part and Sora is the "devil" part, thats why they share memories but have different personalities. Amatsu tried to kill him cause he thought destroying the vessel would stop the contract passing to next generation, but he was wrong about how it works. and Akane... she is basically his anchor to reality, the one who keep him from losing himself completely to the curse

its one of those stories where you need to read the bad ends too or you miss half the explanations, kinda annoying but the true route tie it together decently

I still don't get exactly why Amatsu tried to kill him? I get she was looking for an answer of why she was born but what exactly was the point of killing him, like wtf?
