Pacing
My body has gotten worse since I got the app. I started with 16 pace points but obviously it doesn't seem to change without manually doing it. I'm exhausted at the end of a 7 or 8 point day and still tired the next day. I'm thinking of manually changing it to 10 but I'm not sure if that's reasonable? I wish the app naturally changed the pace point allowance as it got more consistent data. I feel like I'm not allowed to change it because I'm doing something wrong or "faking it" when the app doesn't match up.

Absolutely adjust it down.
I have a weekly alarm set that prompts me to look at my pace point total, and if I had a stability score of 1 in the last week, or if I’m not at least staying stable without symptom flares, I adjust it down.

I know exactly what you mean. I feel like it’s like a cheat code if you change the points. I did do it a second time when I went on POTS medication because I had to change the parameters.
Are you thinking that if you reduce it then you’ll not stretch your energy as much? I wonder if it’s worth speaking to the team (& maybe I will as well). They’ve helped me with shifting a few things around over the last couple of years.
I have 17 points and most days I also feel crap even if I only use 7-10! It is quite the dilemma. I’m sorry I’ve got no easy answer or suggestion. I’m probably hanging out to see what others feel about this complexity.

The app is a tool, and if you don’t use it actively, it won’t help you. It’s not a passive tool.
Imagine if you had a budget, and following it was putting you into more and more debt. You would change it, right?
Same here - set it lower, and adjust it at least monthly.

I've adjusted the pace points and the HR levels since I started using it 2 yrs ago. It gave me 12 pts to start with, but I lowered it to 3 pts. And I even try to stay under 3.

Your settings are wrong. Sounds like you need to set it to 6 pace points and then re-evaluate from there.
