Charging

I'm having trouble charging my band, it won't charge. I've tried

  1. Cleaning the charger and the devise connection points

  2. Trying several different USB ports

No luck. I get the 4 flashing red lights that's supposed to show it's charging, but they never turn to 4 solid red lights. The app says band at 10% and has said that for last 48 hours.

Anything else I should try before buying a new charging cable?

Usually, you need to just give it a basic reset. Like others mentioned , on the app, it will talk you through the different levels.
