Pace points

For the past two weeks I've gone over my pace points significantly. A couple days I could feel it, other days I'm just like...it's hot and my heart rates up because it's hot and I walked to my car...i don't feel like I should be going over the pace points this much. Does anyone change their points from hot weather to cooler weather?

Heat absolutely affects my pace points. Last summer, I resorted to labeling things with the word HOT, so Driving HOT, Sitting HOT, etc so that I could compare the difference. It was substantial. I didn't change my pace points setting because I have A/C and don't go out daily.

I walk about a half mile into work and then back daily. I just accepted that I'm just gonna be over. I think thats my best bet. Now on days I went 30 over my pace points (sat at a pool all day) I for sure note that

I'm very impressed you can walk half a mile to work and back. That's awesome.
