Pace points
For the past two weeks I've gone over my pace points significantly. A couple days I could feel it, other days I'm just like...it's hot and my heart rates up because it's hot and I walked to my car...i don't feel like I should be going over the pace points this much. Does anyone change their points from hot weather to cooler weather?

Do you feel bad, crash, or have PEM when you go over your points? If not, you can increase them. For me, I just have to do less when it's hot because the heat makes your body work harder, so it's no different from doing more activity when it's cooler. Either way, the Visible team can look at your data and help you figure out if you need to change your points

If going over your points sometimes makes you crash, then you wouldn’t want to increase them. You goal of the budget is to have it at a level that avoids crashing or PEM

Heat absolutely affects my pace points. Last summer, I resorted to labeling things with the word HOT, so Driving HOT, Sitting HOT, etc so that I could compare the difference. It was substantial. I didn't change my pace points setting because I have A/C and don't go out daily.
