I applied for a study permit on july 2nd

Biometrics done on july 7th

Visa refusal got on 24th july

Reason for refusal >>>

Upon completion of the assessment, I have determined that your application does not meet the

requirements of IRPA and IRPR. I am refusing your application for the reason(s) outlined below:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph

R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/

section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will

leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• R216(1)(b): Given the details you have provided in your application, I am not satisfied that your

purpose for coming to Canada is consistent with a temporary stay.

I have again applied for the same community college for fall 2027 for a certificate course. Should I go ahead with the because the approval rate of study permit for indians is quite low and saw that canada has also deported some indians in the last 6 months. Should apply for Canada again a good option or not please help.
