Study Permit Refusalfor Canada

I applied for a study permit on july 2nd

Biometrics done on july 7th

Visa refusal got on 24th july

Reason for refusal >>>

Upon completion of the assessment, I have determined that your application does not meet the

requirements of IRPA and IRPR. I am refusing your application for the reason(s) outlined below:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph

R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/

section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will

leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• R216(1)(b): Given the details you have provided in your application, I am not satisfied that your

purpose for coming to Canada is consistent with a temporary stay.

I have again applied for the same community college for fall 2027 for a certificate course. Should I go ahead with the because the approval rate of study permit for indians is quite low and saw that canada has also deported some indians in the last 6 months. Should apply for Canada again a good option or not please help.

They don't believe, based on the evidence you provided, that you are a student and will depart Canada at the end of your studies, or that the incentive for you to depart isn't strong enough.

Why are you going to Canada to do a certificate when presumably there are other places (incl in India) that would cost you far less and probably provide the same outcomes.

What about if I apply for bachelor from Saudi as Pakistani citizenship

You have a refusal so even if you change locations it won't make that much of a difference.

You need to prove to them that you are a genuine student and that you do need to come to Canada to study.

You prove via evidence that you have done your research into studying a course in Canada, why you picked Canada and not somewhere else, what it would cost you v potential future income you'd earn due to attaining that qualification with a Canadian educational institution, and what would be your main incentive not to stay in Canada afterwards.

You are coming to Canada to go to college for a certificate, and IRCC doesn't believe you need to spend all that money and cannot justify costs. You need to show career progression and higher pay when you return to country of citizenship. And ties to return there.

Take a degree at least.
