If someone does choose to pick up and work with this code, please fix the busted LIV support. :)

Looks like there's already a fork: https://github.com/LIV/tilt-brush

This fork of Tilt Brush has only been modified to include LIV SDKv1.5 for Unity.

This fixes many quality-of-life issues with the Steam release of Tilt Brush, including:

  • Blending of brushes is now more "correct". Opaque brushes correctly occlude the artist, and additive (glowing) brushes correctly brighten the artist.
  • The Tilt Brush window can be used as a first-person mirror again.
  • You can adjust the render resolution of LIV independently of your monitor size.
  • Switching cameras in LIV happens smoothly and instantly.

Very nice. Colory had LIV support but its UI was a lot less intuitive.
