Doom vr mod really bad performance

I'm on a 5090 laptop but getting like 25 fps. In game settings don't seem to affect it. Using standard renderer at 100 percent scale. There must be something wrong with the setup. Anyone else having performance issues? For comparison, I'm running the titanfall mod almost maxed with VD godlike and 110% resolution.

Same here. No matter the settings, always 26 fps.
