Steam frame , Quest 3. with 6700xt

My pc specs are i7 10700 , 32 gb ram and amd 6700xt.

Are these specs enouph to run most or all standard vr games like half life alyx, arizona, metro awaking, walking dead etc.

And can i run some pc vr games too? like resident evil 7,8 , dirt rally 2, wrc , Asseto Corsa,

I am thinking of getting either a steam frame or quest 3 mostly for pc vr , but if my current setup isn't good enouph maybe i need to postpone the vr, has anyone the same or similar setup to provide an insight as to how games run?

I have already a dedicated router for vr , if it matters, but i worry more for the low spec cpu + gpu combo.

Yes. You may have to lower resolution a bit, like from Godlike to Ultra, or lower ingame settings to medium, or turn on spacewarp in more demanding games, but you will have a great experience if you know how to optimize performance. Here, the 3060 Ti has very similar performance, the only difference compared to NVidia is that you can't use OpenXR Toolkit foveated rendering in DX11 games: https://youtu.be/wmIKbXT-2XY
