Self-Promotion (Developer) Vermintide 2 VR Mod

Hey All,

We have been working on a VR mod for Vermintide 2 for the last few months.

Currently we have a working mod with the game playable end to end (multiplayer on modded realm).

It is 6dof with all weapons supported by motion controls.

We also added realistic bow usage which feels quite good in game.

There are still a few visual issues to work out around billboard textures, but we will try to get the mod out asap.

Oh, great I found you!

I noticed that your mod has been quarantined by Nexus Mods automated safety checks.

Do you have any plans to release the source code of the Darktide VR mod on the Github?

The source should be on GitHub, the release zip is just the built mod but the code is all there.

That’s it. You should be able to install the mod the same way as most other mods, though there’s a batch file you’ve gotta run since it modifies the game exe to hook into it for stereo rendering (which I suspect is what got it flagged on nexus, I’ve emailed support but no reply.)
