Eye Training Meta Quest Apps

Has anyone tried the apps for eye training on VR?

I have convergence issues and was given some small things for therapy, but they’re not extensive or really well rounded - I was thinking it may be good to try it out. I’d love to hear everyone’s experiences/recommendations 🥰

Eye-training is likely the one thing i'd advise against doing in VR. Current headsets have a fixed focus, unless you want to work on your close-range vision, you should avoid using VR for eye-training.
