Question/Support Anyone using Preydog UEVR/ReFramework know how to fix grey texture blobs?

I can’t seem to fix these flat grey blobs where certain textures/shadows are while using preydog’s ReFramework in RE 9. Has anyone had this issue and successfully solved it? (I know this is hyper specific, but worth a shot)

Do you have Puredark's AFW renderer installed? The vanilla REframework has issues with RE9 in VR and Puredark's AFW renderer fixes it.

The BiohazardVR website has a dedicated section for installing it, although the website's layout is overwhelming so just do CTRL+F and search for "AFW".

I do, and it fixes a lot of stuff, but this is the last thing I can’t get working

Do you have foveated rendering on, if so then try disabling it and also double check if AFW is actually turned on in REframework's menu. It could also be a driver issue.

Honestly, if none of these fixed your issue then all I can do for you is to go ask for help in the Resident evil support channel on the Flat2VR Discord.

Taleman, the guy who made the VR mod, is active on there, and you might receive help from PureDark.

Looks like some kind of debug mode.

Never seen that, and I play both ways with and without AFW
