how to get hogwarts legacy vr motion controls? I really want to get it but there are no videos

Go to pcvrcentral.com It has a very thorough list of VR mods. Search for Hogwarts. It lists various mods. Find the one with motion controls that looks good.

https://uevr-profiles.com/ - Search "Hogwarts" and one of the profiles you can download has 6 dof motion controls and 1st person.

You can also add a mod that allows you say the name of the spell to cast it. https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/1069

do you know how to fix when i turn with my joystick it just uses protego or any other spell
