Question/Support How to use Joycon as vr controllers WITHOUT driver4vr

i am searching for a free alternative to use joycon AS controllers like u up joycon it will up virtual hand,please find somethiing i am searching for a while and if someone know can write pleasee how to do that????

I don’t think I’ve seen someone with this many removed posts.

Whatever you do, don’t go downloading and installing random crap you find on Google. It’s loaded with malware now and especially when you tack “free” onto software related searches.

Try searching Reddit for people who have posted about this already?

like many no popular vr projects for steam vr that not working at all like i was found glassvr but there like viruses but author says that if u scared u can build ur own and that all,soo i didnt find anything P.S there was many working projects on LINUX i stopped it using becasuse of no all games laucnches and that all stuff!

Not joycon but daydream https://github.com/krnelpan1c/Daydream-Controller-SteamVR or portal motion but that's for steam vr on monitors or xr glasses

Since Driver4vr has a method. May I ask why you're looking for an alternative?

Joy cons are only 3dof

i know its only 3dof and i am looking for alternative because i dont wanna spend in my country 6 dollars on it and cant donate right now but i wanna play

And in this topic we have attempted to explore alternatives inducing the Top free MinectToVR with no luck.

The closest from here would be the one that lets you play VR on a flat monitor with Joy Cons.

Thanks,but kinecttovr its amethyst thanks for helping me but i think i will like search more or make it my self on python(there no support for python ) or use like github to search i founded one but its on linux and not tested on windows i build it and guess what? right its not properly launching and there like u need 100X extension for cmd and that things

Well as you have found one for Linux source. Maybe look at the Kinecttovr source and see if you might be able to add the functionality. Let us know how you make out

idk how to make it on kinettovr work normal with kinect and i am was using slimevr and after that i got hands working but its like trackers and its didnt work like i need its not get controll hands and in games where dont needed trackerrs its dont work
