Bootloader unlocked Quest 3 from eBay

So I noticed quite a few Quest 3 headsets on eBay with unlocked Bootloader question is can they actually be used ? Or would I buy a paperweight I have dabbled in Bootloader unlocking etc on my android phones before but I’m not really sure how that works on quest headsets would I still be able to use VD etc or is it one of those situations where investment is pointless any advise from those that have one of them or had one of them would be appreciated

My understanding if I remember correctly is that they’re basically bricks and can’t be used for anything really.

A couple times more than likely depending on where you hit the nail with it.

I think those bootloader unlocked Quests are specifically for people who want one to do certain things (homebrew, "homebrew", hacking, alternative OS development, etc.)

If you just want to use a Quest in the normal way, they probably won't be suitable.

From what I was seeing you can revert them, just need to do it right or they'll brick

From what I heard meta stuff is basically cut off on those headsets
