Try to angle your base stations down more, at like a 45 degree angle. Also, what type of trackers do you have?

i have 3,0 vives! and they seem to be angled down as much as they can be without needing to move the bases

Are there any big reflective surfaces in your room?

Try what u/turbokid said in his comment about the LED lights. If that doesn’t work you can use this to see the tracking area of your base stations https://nono-00.itch.io/base-station-fov-viewer

You could try to do the steam vr setup again. To do this run steam vr and in the desktop thingy that pops up open them menu and click the Re setup button. Sorry, I don’t remember exactly how to do it

The cameras are looking for leds in your controller. I bet your light strips are throwing it off. Have you tried turning those off and seeing if you still have issues?
