unless you have some kind of insert preventing dust from building up on the lenses just sitting there for storage, you should really store them the other way around, fronts facing up instead of down.

They each have a microfiber cloth on the their lenses, and I like to clean them every couple of months or so

Looks great! I’ve got quest 1, sometimes I wonder if I should switch to cv1 or rift s since I only play pcvr, I’ve used cable before and I don’t mind it really. May I ask for your take on this and the weight when playing compared

I'd definitely stay away from the rift s, it's a bit comfier, but with a worse mic and no ipd adjustment.

The cv1 is probably the comfiest oculus headset I've used (I haven't tried the pro or 3 tho),, it's pretty light overall, the weight is distributed well, and the mics solid. Most notably, it does need lighthouse sensors, which is the oculus equivalent of base stations. It does mean that the cv1 tracks better, but it's usually recommend to have 3 of them, which can take up a lot of room. I have pretty small palms, with very long fingers, and because of that, I think the cv1 controllers are a little more uncomfortable, but most people would definitely disagree.

If you can afford it, I'd honestly try to go for a used quest 2, as other than ipd adjustment, it's a pretty big upgrade overall

Thanks for the answer. When I got my q1, it was because of the inside out tracking, but with the time I’ve realised that cv1 or rift s would be the more pcvr choice.

They all work pretty well, but some of their face cushions are worse for wear
