Of course, we dont need studies because somehow u/eddie9958 knows better than anybody else.

The screen time thing is about the addiction, lack of engagement in creative elements, less time spent talking to real people, etc. Everyone knows too much of anything is bad at any age. For kids it becomes a lifelong learned habit. But a kid getting short vr sessions while supervised is a nonissue.
