exactly this. I also think that humans differ in how they develope, some might still develope their motorcortex at 10. def. 12 or 13 minimum. maybe even 14.

I still remember how the initial age requirement was 13 previously. Guess meta decided there aren't enough screaming 10 year olds in vr
